What is the oldest Extinct Russian Language?

0 votes
I plan to write a series of books and the whole thing originates in the area of Siberia thousands of years ago, I was hoping to maybe use some extinct Russian languages for words to try to keep it somewhat genuine, it's either that or make up my own language which woul be a pain (I'm no JRR Tolkein >.<). Please and thank you.

Russians and Russian dialects spread to Siberia few hundreds years ago so any Russian words can hardly make it genuine. Better invent your own language.
