Is this (Кгыышфт) how to spell "Russian" in Russian?

I have found that Google Chrome spells the word Russian differently than Windows 7. The word I used in my question is translated by Windows 7 in my computer. I don't want to type the wrong words to my Russian friend in an email. Please help me with this. It would be highly appreciated.   Sincerely, J

The correct Russian spelling of "Russian" (as in the Russian language) is русский.

Another way to spell it is российский - Russian (pertaining to the country and nation).

The words are not capitalized unless they happen in the beginning of the sentence or are a part of a proper name like Российская Федерация (Russian Federation).
