What is a response after someone sneezes?

You know those moments when you are chattering away with a friend and they sneeze in the middle of the conversation. In English, we say "Bless you" or "Gesundheit" (German for "health") without much thinking. I was wondering what would be an equivalent set phrase in Russian language?

"Будь здоров!" (or "Будь здорова!" to a woman). Literally it is "be healthy!"

Будьте здоровы! when addressing someone politely (e.g. a person older than you) or addressing two or more people who accidentally sneezed at the same time :)
